The outfit consits of a Black Blouse and a Red Skirt.

The Blouse is made of black stretch velvet.  The Blouse has no collar.  The front buttons look like small fluted conchos.  The Blouse has fluted studs around the neckline and around the sleeve ends. The back of the blouse has an elastic gather in the center to give the blouse a more fitted style.  The Blouse is 22" long.

The Skirt is made of red poly/cotton calcutta fabric.  It has 3 tiers.  The Skirt is lined and it has pockets.  The waistband is adjustable with velcro.  This skirt is 31" long.

This outfit will fit a womans size 4 to 12
